About Toastique Porter Ranch, CA
Toastique Porter Ranch – Health Food Restaurant, Cafe and Coffee Shop
Toastique Porter Ranch is your neighborhood cafe for gourmet toasts, smoothie bowls, cold-pressed juices, smoothies, coffee, and espresso. Everything gets made fresh with responsibly sourced ingredients. Whether you're grabbing something before work, meeting up with a friend for brunch, or refueling after a hike, eating well here is easy. And it actually tastes good, which helps.
You'll find us at The Vineyards at Porter Ranch, that open-air center right off Rinaldi Street. Plenty of parking, plenty to do nearby. Catch a movie at AMC, grab groceries at Whole Foods, or just wander through the Sunday farmers market on the Town Green. If you want fresh air first, Limekiln Canyon Trail and Boeckmann Park are both close. Makes for a pretty good pre- or post-hike stop.
Our Juice Bar and Acai Bowl Shop
Our juices come in glass bottles, cold-pressed fresh. Grab a Recharge if you want something citrus-forward. Detoxify if you're in a greens mood. Radiance for that carrot-ginger thing. We've got wellness shots too, stuff like Immunity and Booster, for when you need something quick before hitting the trail or heading to the Y. And the smoothie bowls? Those are what people tend to photograph. Acai Smoothie Bowl with blueberries and banana on top. PB+B with peanut butter drizzle and granola. Matcha Bowl if you want something a little earthy.
A Cafe That Takes Toast Seriously
Most places treat toast like an afterthought. Bread, butter, done. That's not really what we do here. Our toasts come out on wooden boards, built more like actual dishes. Avocado Smash with watermelon radish and microgreens. PB Crunch with banana, strawberries, blueberries arranged on top. Smoked Salmon with cucumber and lemon. Tomato Burrata if you're feeling something richer. Spicy Crab when you want a little kick. They get assembled when you order, and yeah, people usually pause before they start eating.
A Coffee Shop Built Around Your Order
Full espresso bar here. Americano, latte, cappuccino, cortado, flat white, cafe au lait. Nitro cold brew on tap. We do collagen lattes in a few flavors if you want something different. Oat milk, almond, coconut, whatever works for you. Coffee comes out smooth and it's consistent, which honestly matters if you're stopping in every morning before dropping kids at Castlebay or Sierra Canyon. Some people sit on the patio for a bit. Others are in and out. Both work.
Start Your Morning With Breakfast That Fuels
Mornings here have a rhythm. School drop-offs, commutes down to Woodland Hills, early hikes while the Santa Susana foothills are still cool. Breakfast fits into all of that. Matcha Bowl or Cocolada Bowl if you want something light. Avocado Smash or Tomato Burrata toast when you need more. Green Machine smoothie if you're rushing out the door. Throw in a cortado or cold brew and you're good. Sit down or take it with you.
Brunch That Happens Every Day
Brunch runs daily here, not just weekends. Walk in on a random Wednesday after groceries at Whole Foods and you'll find the same menu. PB Crunch toast with strawberry and banana. Acai Smoothie Bowl in that bright pink with fruit layered on top. 3 Cheese Italian if savory sounds better. Nobody's taking your name, nobody's making you wait outside. Just order at the counter, grab a spot on the patio or inside. Bring people or don't.
Lunch That's Quick But Actually Good
Lunch around here usually means squeezing something in between everything else. We get that. Toasts are filling but not heavy. Smoked Salmon and an Orange Crush smoothie. Mango Tango Bowl when you want something fresh. Grab-and-go stuff if you really can't sit. People swing by from the Kaiser offices, stop in between errands, duck in before a movie at AMC. Eat, feel good, keep going.
Find Us At The Vineyards
We're at 20101 W Rinaldi Street, Suite 120, inside The Vineyards at Porter Ranch. Whole Foods is in the same center, AMC is nearby, and parking's easy. Coming from the 118, take Porter Ranch Drive and head south. The Sunday farmers market sets up right on the Town Green if you want to make a morning of it.
Stop by whenever. Before a hike, after the gym, between errands. We'll have something fresh ready.
